FLAGSHIP PREAMPLIFIER

This analogue preamplifier delivers an incredibly pure signal. The 851E delivers unbelievably little harmonic distortion, has terrapin impedance buffering modules and a solid state volume control. This all adds up to the purest production with so little noise to incoming signals that we can barely measure it.

NO MEASURALBE DISTORTION

By using a solid state volume control which retains channel balance even at low levels, the 851E analogue preamplifier prevents distortion to analogue source signals. CONSISTENT SOUND DESIGN

Consistent sound is delivered across different sources through Terrapin buffer modules which separate the amplifier and signal impedance. There is also an all metal chassis which helps to allow the 851E to isolate the electronics from external interference.

ALL METAL CHASSIS

FULL INTEGRATION

The 851E has a wider range of input options than its predecessors, with eight inputs including three which are switchable between unbalanced RCA and balanced XLR – the latter ideal for connecting to a broad range of high-end sources. Plus flexible and configurable trigger, IR outputs and control bus make it easy to connect to modern power amps.
