ELAC  挑戰自我、超越自我，成工研究出精彩絕倫的水晶 240.2 系列，並把最新 JET 5 搭載至本系列上。

水晶是指把鋁/紙夾層單體之表層壓製成水晶面切割狀，有效進一步加強盆面剛性，諧波失真和盆分割運動銳減；加上線圈筒與兩層振動膜連接，同時驅動，使頻率更趨平坦和寬闊。本系列因應水晶單體特性佳，分音器設計精簡直接，換來聲音自然活潑，推動容易的過人優點。

水晶  240.2  系列內附 JET DC (JET Dispersion Control) 高音調整，通過發泡環減少 0.5 dB 中至高頻能量，抵消反射過強的聲音環境聲學特性。低音反射氣孔經過詳細研發，設於落地箱背及箱底兩處，有效拓展音響規模和提高工作效率，並減少亂流造成之噪音。
