TECHNOLOGY

NO CORNERS CUT

Being our most affordable range yet, doesn't mean that Mission Engineers have cut corners on quality or technology.

Mission’s DiaDrive bass units feature twin, laminated fibre cones coated with a superior damping layer that yields amazing clarity to vocals and instruments. Treble frequencies are handled by an advanced version of Mission’s Viotex fabric dome, here fitted with a phase ring born out of the research on the high end SX series of speakers.

ABR DRIVERS

The floorstanding models use multiple ABRs (Auxiliary Bass Radiators) to offer outstanding bass extension and dynamic punch without the distortion from air turbulence often experienced in ported loudspeakers.

SEAMLESS CROSSOVER

As you would expect from Mission’s advanced research facilities, the speaker crossovers blend these drive units together seamlessly using phase optimized Acoustic Butterworth 3rd order slopes. The result is a dynamically engaging listening experience that brings music to life in your living space.

But affordability doesn’t mean that Mission engineers have cut corners on the technology in these speakers. Mission’s DiaDrive bass units feature twin, laminated fibre cones coated wi th a super ior damping layer that yields amazing clarity to vocals and instruments.
